Seeing life through a different lens!
My artwork is an escape from life's controls and constraints, allowing me the freedom to create unique images, even with my colorblindness. My artwork includes photography, abstract acrylic paint pours, and digital image creations. My images are the interpretation of my exploration of the world, and of life.
With my photography, I focus on capturing the world around me while I also try to live in that moment. My final images are what I see and feel in the world even though they may not be what I captured at the time.
Even though I do multiple genres of photography and photograph whatever captures my eye at the moment, my images are mostly centered around landscape and creative photography.
My abstract acrylic painting pours are an expression of life; even when we try to control the elements around us, we never know how life is going to change unexpectedly. With my paintings, I can control the colors I use and how I add them to the canvas, but the outcome always surprises. Most of the time with a beautiful creation, but as in life, sometimes with something not that great but still unique.
Every year, I put out a 12"x24" themed calendar of my photography and artwork. These calendars list all the major holidays, plus they also have unique special holiday on every day of the year.
